Peace and Connection are Possible
I help ambitious, overwhelmed women who realize they can’t keep doing everything by themselves.
My clients struggle as you do. Despite being highly successful, supportive of those they love, and able to get shit done, life is hard.
When they first come in, they have some level of achievement; underneath they keep scrambling to prove their worth and hold it all together. They feel rushed, angry, burned out, and pulled in every direction, while somehow feeling selfish, exhausted, underappreciated, and resentful at the same time.
Before they came to see me, they felt guilty and ashamed for being overwhelmed and angry. Other people are doing it all, why can’t they? Saying it's all too much to balance just means they aren’t good enough moms, don’t really want to work, or aren’t good enough at balancing their time to make it all happen. But, they’re running on fumes, and their mental, emotional, relational, spiritual, physical, and financial health are suffering from it.
Like my clients, you deserve to put yourself at the top of your list, scale back, and have real connections.
Feeling peaceful and fulfilled without an overbooked calendar is within your reach.
If you want to stop dutifully performing, and to be authentically back in yourself and in touch with your family and friends. I’d love to help you get there.
Call now. You don’t have to just suffer through this. I can help.
